Real Estate has always fascinated me. I began my career in 1992 earning my Real Estate License and Certified Residential Appraiser License. In my 20 years experience in Real Estate, I have sold and evaluated residential and commercial properties including high value luxury estates, unique residential properties, income properties and condominiums. In addition, in today's challenging economy where short sales are dominating many areas, I have successfully negotiated and closed 100% of all short sales I have listed.

My background includes supervising appraisal operations to maintain quality control for numerous bank portfolios. This encompassed appraisal reviews and maintain a cost-effective balance in portfolio's by projecting accurate values and marketing time.

With this experience and knowledge of property value, my client's are assured to get the best possible advantage whether buying or selling real estate. I take great pride in the fact that the majority of my clientele is built on referral and repeat business.
